TO RESERVE YOUR VILLA ON KOH SAMUI: Please kindly note after your e-mail / phone / fax booking
confirmation we can hold your reservation for only 10 days and if there is no bank transfer of 3 days minimum or full amount of rental to the account we indicated we apologise as we are no longer able to keep your reservation.

INCLUDING SERVICE: The service includes a welcome package (fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a selection of drinks), check-in and check-out cleaning, cleaning twice a week.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW CHARGE: No show charge of total 3 nights will be invoiced if no
